One evening, one tree, one apple and two men. What can happen when fate leads two lonely freaks to the right place at the right time. A show about the power of humanity and the joy of sharing a moment together. About the fact that generosity, happiness and cheerfulness may not be a part of a single day, but could be a part of each of us, every day of the year.

The new production of the duo The Trick Brothers brings a combination of skills and Christmas magic. With their art, the Brothers combine elegant technique with wit and imaginative moments. A performance full of joy, unexpected twists and turns gives the audience the opportunity to experience the magic of Christmas from a different perspective. The Trick Brothers continue their successful collaboration with director Veronika Poldauf Riedlbauchová. However, for the first time this collaboration will take place only between the “Brothers” themselves and the director without other guests.

A juggling excursion into the depths and secrets of skillful manipulation of objects. Myths, facts, arguments and unexpected connections. A performance blurring the boundaries between theatre, new circus, stand-up comedy and scientific lecture.

This performance is not only a glorification of one circus discipline, but also a thoughtful advocacy of juggling. All this wrapped in the authentic and original humor of the Brothers in a trick, who will serve you a performance that will make you want to throw it away too!

Bratři v tricku v komponovaném večeru představí svá nejstarší žonglérská vystoupení, odvyprávějí příběh od roku 2009, kdy poprvé společně vystoupili. Odehrají vybraná čísla z představení Malíři, Plovárna, Prasečí cirkus, Funus, Běžkařská odysea a Lov.

Hudebně večerem provází kapela Tygroo.

THE TRICK BROTHERS AND HOLEKTIV: HUNTING

A gamekeeper’s romance full of circus trophies.

Dear friends, welcome to today’s hunt in the name of gamekeepers’ company The Trick Brothers and the game enclosure Holektiv. We would like you to observe all the security measures. Don’t shoot ducks that fly low and as for the deer shoot just the weak ones. Be careful as a hurt goose might be troublesome. You can add another trophy to hundreds of foxes and does. But again – be careful – a lot of women might cause trouble and a hunter might become a game animal.

We are inviting you to a great banquet at the end of the hunt. A piglet is tender, beer is properly chilled and the band has a great zest. Have a nice weather, duck call in tune, straight pellets, good shot and GOOD LUCK!

Běžkařská odysea

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING ODYSSEY

The trip is a race whose main award is an experience. In this respect, these men are the best competitors – real champions. They are even better than they have ever thought. Two cross-country skiers lost in the map and the season of the year, side by side but in one ski run, are undergoing a cross-country odyssey – a wandering journey with an obscure course as well as ending. Ski poles ready, wax your moustache, an encouraging shot of tea and let´s start!

Let the atmosphere of the old days blow on you. At that time men looked after their health and body cleanliness in outdoor swimming pools. They spent time in idleness doing nothing and discussing topics of world importance. When a really charming girl comes to the swimming pool, the story starts and it is not possible to stop it. God damn it!

PIGGY CIRCUS

Have you ever wanted a pig to have wings? Piggy circus will lure you to the world of two eccentrics who trust implicitly that if it were like this, the whole world would be more beautiful. Don´t expect any lewdness or smut, there is only tasteful piggy humour. Get carried away on pig´s wings and be sure that sturdy pigs, amazing wild sows as well as little piglets, in other words the whole family, will be on cloud nine.

The Trick Brothers in the performance Painters leave all comedy clichés behind and elevate them to a new acrobatic forms . 30-minute show put a smile on the faces of children and adults .

V tricku! to je krátké číslo plné technicky náročného žonglování okořeněné vtipem. Toto číslo je alfou Bratrů v tricku, je stále živé a za posledních šest let se stále zdokonaluje, stejně tak jako Bratři samotní.

A unique and once-in-a-lifetime performance whose course of events is being decided by the audience. The Trick Brothers are bringing all their stage props to the festival to remind their performances like The Painters, Riverside or Piggy Circus. You can remember or complete your experiences. Juggling miniatures are carefully chosen acts from these performances that have been put into a hat. Will you draw, please? We are inviting you to the well of humour, kind as well as self-ironic, in combination with excellently managed juggling.
